Andrew has worked with both myself and members of my team over the last year. He has worked to get the best out of us, setting targets, goals and asking those questions which really make the difference.

I have found the sessions both constructive and productive, he has a way of getting the answers from you, which on reflection seem so logical, but without him you don’t have the headspace and opportunity to realise them. His knowledge of planning and leadership, for me has been a huge asset in my working life.

I have been consulting with Andrew for just over 3 years now on topics such as: how to advance my career; coping with the change from working in a busy office to working remotely; how to feel more confident in my own ability; and, last but not least, how to deal with major changes in my personal life. Andrew is a great listener and uses many different techniques to help you, as the individual, see your way through issues and develop ways of growing in confidence, setting your priorities and objectives, and achieving those objectives

Andrew holds a genuine interest for my business and issues, and it was very gratifying to find my own solutions/resources rather than be told what to do.

The unfaltering enthusiasm and positive of Andrew is a great asset, as is his use of thought-provoking insightful questions such as the, ‘and what if you did know’ question – both irritating and extremely powerful for me!
